MISSION STATEMENT

2025 Stars offers a 8 years plan for selected youth players the opportunity to learn on-court basketball skills while instilling the life-lessons and values such as character, team work, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship.  Our commitment is to develop players into a top-level contender at their high school and college and represent USA by the year 2025.

PHILOSOPHY:

The program is designed to enhance the game of basketball for 2025 players who will be selected by the program’s committee. It is a skill-driven program and we believe that each player has the potential to become a very good high school or collegiate athlete. Through hard work, dedication and natural talent, the players shall have the goal and vision of playing basketball at the international level. We stress the continuance of player development and emphasize the importance of team-oriented play at annual camps. Everyone shall show continued commitment to the 2025 mission.

CRITERIA:

-2025 players must have been born between the years of 2002-2007.
-During the regular year, players who have been selected to 2025 must continue to participate on a basketball team, including any clubs and camps during the off season.
-Played on school basketball team last winter.
-Attended fundamental basketball camps before.
-Have experience or currently participating in AAU or Club Basketball programs.
-Have intentions of playing basketball beyond high school.
-Have a solid sense of sportsmanship, team play, and a strong desire to improve their basketball skills.
-For new players, a video of the player participating in a game must be submitted.
-To be eligible for participation in 2025 Basketball program, an camper must have a hearing loss of 55 decibels (dB) or greater in the better ear.
-Submit a positive letter of recommendation from your school. Your intangibles include academics, coachability, leadership, attitude, knowledge of the game and your relationship with teammates.

(If you need to pick up at the airport, be sure to arrive from 1 to 3 PM on June 22th and depart after 5 PM on July June 25th)
